1. General Provisions
1.1
Exchanging personal contact information (messengers, social networks, phone numbers, etc.) by any means. Using obtained contact information. Continuing communication outside the platform after transaction completion.
1.2
Dishonest use of the rating and review system (artificial rating inflation, blackmail, unjustified changing of ratings on completed orders, etc.).
1.3
Transferring confidential data to third parties or disclosing it (user logins, game identifiers, financial amounts, etc.) with intent to harm another user.
1.4
Attempts to sell or purchase accounts on this platform.
1.5
Placing links or names of web resources, illegal, pornographic, or political information (state symbols, historical figures, etc.) in avatar.
1.6
Including links or names of web resources, illegal or political information in username.
1.7
Violations in general chats: commercial messages, links to offers, discussion or promotion of trading platforms, posting requests for bulk purchases in inappropriate sections, criticism of competitors or their offers, spam, flooding, insults, political discussions, as well as any messages violating legislation.
1.8
Violation of communication norms in private chats or other places: insults, threats, spam offers, flooding. Imposing conversations with political undertones, sending erotic materials without the interlocutor's consent.
1.9
Advertising, spam, mass messaging to users.
1.10
Fraud and deception of other users, intentional harmful actions.
1.11
Exchanging funds between payment systems, transferring funds from one details to another without the purpose of making purchases. Carding and other financial frauds.
1.12
Providing links to file-sharing services and image hosts without obvious necessity (e.g., when dealing with account transactions, transferring login data through an image uploaded to file-sharing service).

Administration reserves the right to contact sellers disguised as buyers to identify violations.

Administration reserves the right to mitigate or cancel any imposed punishment if it is inappropriate in a specific situation.

2. Rules for Sellers

2.1. Prohibited Actions

2.1.1
Attempting to transfer goods or provide services without processing payment through the platform. Exchanging goods or services.
2.1.2
Asking the buyer to confirm the order before its actual completion (in absence of fraud signs).
2.1.3
Unfair competition (e.g., buying goods to write negative reviews, false complaints, etc.).
2.1.4
Unjustified ignoring of buyer questions.
2.1.5
Deliberately posting invalid offers or offers with incorrect pricing.
2.1.6
In some sections, the system may require writing product description in English. Creating incorrect description (e.g., one letter) is a violation.
2.1.7
When using 'Automatic delivery' function, it's prohibited to enter extraneous information in the 'goods' field; this field should contain only goods.
2.1.8
The 'Automatic delivery' function is prohibited for goods requiring communication or additional services when selling (e.g., rebinding).
2.1.9
Violating rules posted on the offer creation page (present in some sections). Ignoring notifications and messages from administration.
2.1.10
Duplicating offers, cluttering the offer catalog. Posting purchase offers.
2.1.11
Selling goods or services through a section not intended for this (e.g., selling game currency through items section).
2.1.12
Posting advertisements on other trading platforms. However, posting advertisements on social networks, selling to stores, etc., is allowed.
2.1.13
Posting images in offers containing illegal, extremist, pornographic, or political information (flags, historical figures, etc.), as well as links, photos of people, mentions of third-party internet resources and images unrelated to the product or trading process.
2.1.14
Posting any information in offers (including images) that violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

2.2. Prohibited Product Categories

2.2.1
Selling goods obtained illegally (hacking, password guessing, carding, etc.).
2.2.2
Teaching illegal activities or selling information about them (duping methods, carding, etc.).
2.2.3
Selling personal data.
2.2.4
Selling and distributing unlicensed and/or malicious software.
2.2.5
Selling social media accounts and subscriptions to online cinemas, streaming services is prohibited, except for those with special sections.
2.2.6
Selling phone numbers (including virtual ones).
2.2.7
Bulk selling of accounts, except those you registered personally.
2.2.8
Selling goods and services of erotic or pornographic content.
2.2.9
Selling goods and services related to spam and mass messaging.
2.2.10
Selling goods and services related to betting and casinos.
2.2.11
Selling any donation and boosting methods.
2.2.12
Reselling offline activations, game passes.
2.2.13
Conducting lotteries and giveaways, selling 'random' goods.
2.2.14
Selling cryptocurrency.

Administration reserves the right to inspect goods posted on the platform.

3. Seller Responsibility

3.1. General Requirements

3.1.1
Refusing to fulfill arbitrator requirements, ignoring their messages, and being uninvolved during dispute resolution. May result in refund up to 100% of order amount.
3.1.2
Refusing to consult the buyer about their order, ignoring buyer questions, lack of service. May result in refund up to 100% of order amount.

3.2. Game Currency and Items

3.2.1
If game administration applied sanctions to the buyer because game currency or items were obtained illegally (fraud, using game bugs, etc.), may require refund up to 100% of order amount.
3.2.2
If game administration applied sanctions to the buyer due to purchasing game currency or items, may require refund up to 50% of order amount.
3.2.3
Seller must cover in-game commission for currency transfer. Buyer should receive the full amount specified in the order. Exceptions are sections where the opposite is stated.
3.2.4
Donation currency cost should be specified without bonuses, promotions, or other additional offers. Buyer should receive additional currency from bonuses on top of the amount specified in the order.

3.3. Accounts

3.3.1
In case buyer loses access to account due to access recovery by seller or original owner (through game support or any other way), may require refund up to 100% of order amount.
3.3.2
If account is blocked by game administration due to the very fact of account buying/selling, may require refund up to 50% of order amount.

3.4. Services

3.4.1
Significant account characteristic changes not agreed with buyer (e.g., increasing PK counter in Lineage 2, changing behavior score in Dota 2 when boosting MMR, game items disappearing from account, etc.). Possible compensation for damage caused.
3.4.2
Service performed with negative result (e.g., decreasing MMR rating in Dota 2 instead of increasing). Requires 100% refund of order amount and compensation for damage caused.
3.4.3
Account blocking due to poor service quality (e.g., seller using bots or other software prohibited by game publisher). Requires 100% refund of order amount and additional compensation.
3.4.4
Account blocking due to the provided service. May require refund up to 50% of order amount.
3.4.5
Unjustified seller refusal to continue service. Only 50% payment for completed work.
3.4.6
Delay of deadlines agreed with buyer. Payment for completed work decreases directly proportional to delay. For example, if deadlines increase by 1.5 times, payment decreases by 1.5 times.

Each dispute between buyer and seller is individual, so the final decision on seller responsibility level may significantly differ from what's stated above. Chat agreements between seller and buyer may be taken into consideration.
